    Need to order new set of balls, the balls included with game are very low quality. Game was shipped with no score keeping as displayed on website. Game takes a little extra time to put together but sturdy once you do.

            This is the second Ladder Ball set I have purchased. This one's frame is much sturdier than the previous one I got throught QVC. However, the balls are far inferior. The string came off two right away and another one unraveled right away. I restrung all with shoe laces.

            Q1: Is this made entirely out of steel, including the crossbars?

            A: Yes, per our supplier the entire item is composed of steel. The crossbars are painted in their various colors, but they are not plastic.
